From interior design to architecture and engineering

The strength of the project is characterized by a deep understanding of the architectural structure and the accurate definition of the construction detail. The contrast between the materiality in view given by the brick walls and the domestic use of the house mark an impact that recalls an era gone by, the details given by the lighting and a careful and conscious choice of furnishings preclude a certain secure temporal definition, returning it to the boundaries of timelessness.

The construction of this building follows the principles of bioclimatic architecture, taking into consideration the surrounding environmental characteristics in order to make the best use of resources and strive for total energy self-sufficiency. Building with this in mind allows the needs of the clients to be integrated with the external environment in order to constitute a high level of living wellbeing.

The project was born from an old laundry, part of a building dating back to the 1970s. A space in which it was necessary to give imagination, and the dignity of home, without changing its structure. Right from the start, the desire for a functional architectural intervention was perceived, with the possibility of customization aimed at the most convincing solution — an idea in line with the spirit and experience of the company.

AD Dal Pozzo was able to overcome the constraints of planning in an agricultural zone to create a modern country house with a swimming pool.

The landscape is the true inspiration of the project. The villa, surrounded by greenery, was designed with perspective views facing the lake.

The extension of the new outpatient wing of the IGEA medical center in Vicenza is managed by the AD Dal Pozzo team and built with light structures in Light Steel Frame, to which the insulation and finishing solutions of dry construction will be applied

The architectural design of this villa has been designed to respect the most intimate and private dimension of the individual, offering residential spaces of great welcome, but at the same time reserved. The geometry of the spaces is pure and minimal, and contrasts with the richness of the coverings and furnishings that the client has chosen to adorn the spaces.

Steel is the undisputed protagonist because it is light and extremely durable. Today it is considered the construction material with the highest strength-to-weight ratio, able to generate advantages that make it the best choice for efficient and comfortable buildings, as well as ensuring a significant reduction in environmental impact.
