All the comforts of a 15th-century villa

In a period villa, an attic is reborn as a contemporary residence through a process of subtraction. At the heart of the project is the kitchen, conceived as “architecture within architecture”: the heart of the home, which organizes the flow and directs the gaze. Art and nature complete the narrative, within a palette that remains rigorous, with exposed beams painted white to amplify the light and the soft green of the fixtures as a chromatic note in dialogue with the landscape.

light and design with a view of Paris

Located on the top floor of a classic building, this Parisian penthouse combines history and modernity through iconic furnishings, works of art, and a masterful use of natural light. The spaces, which open onto views of the Seine, create an elegant and vibrant atmosphere, while design solutions such as the luminous staircase and the “detached” hob amplify the sense of openness. A project that interprets living with contemporary elegance, offering a refined experience in the heart of Ville Lumière.

Architecture of light in the modern penthouse

The colours and textures chosen by AD Dal Pozzo’s interior designers draw inspiration from the outdoors: the earthy roof tiles of urban roofs, the green tips of the gardens hidden among the courtyards, the warm tones of historic masonry. The attic thus becomes a chromatic and material continuation of the urban context, in which each design choice participates in the construction of a narrative consistent with the context.

An open space overlooking the urban skyline

A penthouse that offers a view of the beauty of the city’s rooftops. The open space represents the beating heart of the project, uniting the entrance, living and kitchen in a single flowing and harmonious area. Here, furniture selected by AD Dal Pozzo designers fills the space with a dramatic presence, emphasizing the exclusive character of the apartment.

An atelier house in the historic centre

The project stems from an old laundry, part of a building dating back to the 1970s, a space that needed creativity but above all a certain dignity of home, without changing its structure. Right from the start, the will of a functional architectural intervention was perceived, subject to customizations aimed at achieving the most convincing solution.

Art penthouse bathed in light

A penthouse in the city centre, structured with a double height that allows diffuse lighting. Works of art and design icons alternate and create an expressive and comfortable atmosphere. The terrace is a small urban Eden, minimal and elegant, like the rest of the house.
