All the comforts of a 15th-century villa
In a period villa, an attic is reborn as a contemporary residence through a process of subtraction. At the heart of the project is the kitchen, conceived as “architecture within architecture”: the heart of the home, which organizes the flow and directs the gaze. Art and nature complete the narrative, within a palette that remains rigorous, with exposed beams painted white to amplify the light and the soft green of the fixtures as a chromatic note in dialogue with the landscape.
