AD Dal Pozzo’s project masterfully combines highly contemporary signs – such as the black finishes – with carefully refined details – such as the lighting fixtures. This balance between bold and sophisticated elements helps to create a unique and fascinating atmosphere, where color contrasts are emphasized by furnishing elements selected for their iconicity.

Customer requests aimed for an elegant and functional rearrangement of the structure. The device layout design involved all the rooms of the villa, from the kitchen to the large outdoor garden. There are countless brands present in the project: Minotti, Baxter, Poliform and Boffi embellish the living area; Lago, Birex and Clever complete the services and sleeping area. The outdoor space recalls the style and tones of the interior, also here a mix of brands including Kettal, Tribù, MDF, Vitra fits in full harmony with the greenery and the swimming pool in front.
Undoubtedly the stairway that runs around the wall in front of the entrance to capture attention, a sinuous and sweet architectural element that ends on an internal balcony, which is thrown over the space like a stage overlooking the living room dominate every detail that characterizes it. The tones of blue and brown dominate, recalling this of the splendid parquet.
A villa where the space to be managed grants all the freedom to build comfortable and livable spaces without looking for design strains and giving vent to one’s idea of home.
