A villa built in the Berici hills, with linear and open architecture towards nature. The design choices of AD Dal Pozzo’s professionals have made the house a place that offers relaxation at any time of day. The lighting choices are also aimed at this purpose, highlighting the architectural volumes and the spacious outdoor area, including the swimming pool.

The facade overlooking the swimming pool is made up of large windows. Even from the outside one can see how the living room is connected to the relaxation area on the upper floor by a staircase that offers a breathtaking view. On the double-height the focus is a lighting system with a great visual impact that is made up of seven suspension lamps that drop from the ceiling all the way down to the ground floor.

Modern villa with large windows facing the garden

The inclination of the ground creates three design levels that accommodate the different areas of the house. The comfort is provided by contemporary architecture and is guaranteed by the generous spaces and designer furniture chosen by Cinzia Boffo, AD Dal Pozzo Personal Designer.

A custom-made bookcase separates the living area into two spaces. In one, the dining table is the main character for friendly moments, while the other is dedicated to relaxation, with an L-shaped sofa, next to two armchairs that with their style give an elegant touch to the space.

Outdoor between green area and swimming pool

On summer days, the most popular space is the outdoor area in front of the living area, furnished with red chaise longue, table and chairs, for outdoor lunches and dinners. The armchair in the pool area gives a touch of design and color beside the sun beds, while the sun umbrellas blend in with the color of the sky.

Different materials and shapes are joined by the minimalist style, in combination with light and pastel tones. To furnish the outdoors, AD Dal Pozzo’s designer has suggested white sun beds and poufs. Simple lines and contrasts balance furnishings, materials and nature.

Lighting designed in every smallest detail

The relaxation area on the first floor is an intimate space with a wonderful view. The two chaise longue armchairs are convertible and are the ideal solution to fight visual boredom. The black and white finish matches the colors of the surroundings and makes the room even more spacious. A few meters away there is the bedroom, preceded by a comfortable walk-in wardrobe, which is enhanced in design by the presence of the side chair.

The lighting has a strong visual impact thanks to the seven suspension lamps  that drop from the ceiling all the way down to the ground floor. The lighting design is handled by the AD Dal Pozzo Project Department, the Group’s office is formed by architects and interior designers who work together with top international brands on a regular basis.
