A modern villa with swimming pool surrounded by nature. The house renovated by the designers of AD Dal Pozzo is a compact building divided into two sections, the lower half of which opens outwards to connect with the landscape. Here, relaxation and design meet. The continuity between indoors and outdoors can be perceived in the details and is realised in the search for clean, elegant comfort.
The seamlessness between indoors and outdoors can be seen first and foremost in the flooring. The Venetian-style terrazzo of the living room is taken up by the outdoor surface composed of large slabs that keep the distinctive granulate visible. The rest of the finishes are clean, without frills. The modern soul of the residence is evident from the striking cuts in the windows and the black colour that defines the window frames, the ground floor furniture and the beams of the loft.

Modern style with bold touches of colour
Relaxation and design are the result of the light flooding the spaces – thanks to the new windows – and the choice of exclusive and comfortable furnishings. On the ground floor, specific elements for each room become focal points: we are talking about the chandelier by Bocci in the dining room and the sofa by Edra for the living room. In addition to the black and white of these choices, touches of colour characterise both the interior and exterior. On the ground floor the yellow of the chairs stands out, while on the upper floor – in the bedrooms and private bathrooms – the green and blue patterns of the wallpapers are the main features.

The project exalts an indissoluble bond between the house and the beautiful surrounding landscape, but does not give up highlighting the strong character of the furnishings and finishes that show the true soul of those who live in this exclusive modern villa with swimming pool. The outdoor furnishings, perfectly integrated into the floral setting, pick up on its natural colour – green – in different nuances.
One of the elements that plays a central role in the outdoor design is the lava stone table. A striking design solution, recalling both the nuances of the vegetation and the iridescent surface of the water. The swimming pool completes the picture, surrounded by Kettal sun loungers with a minimalist design, while on the opposite side of the garden – more “wild” – an outdoor lounge composed of comfortable seating designed by Paola Lenti becomes the protagonist.
