The perfect hillside villa. AD Dal Pozzo’s team of architects has renovated an isolated house in the middle of Val d’Orcia, built with traditional materials – stone and brick – converting it into an eco-villa, a rustic temple that embraces minimal and modern beauty.

Distinctive feature: the veranda. A sober architectural intervention in earth tones that amplifies the relationship with the landscape and hosts an outdoor space where comfort reigns, together with red and purple colors, in perfect harmony with the surroundings.

Customized light and panorama

All the rooms in the hillside villa are spacious and bright. In the living room, especially, large windows flood the space with natural light, which is characterised by white surfaces and light furniture. One standout piece is the Edra sofa that faces each side of the room, including the one connected to the veranda.

Connected to the living room by an elegant drop-down, the kitchen features a 180 x 180 island with an equally large, custom-cut snack table. A composition meticulously designed by the AD Dal Pozzo Project Department, combining the client’s desired technological elements with the finest materials, allowing space for the worktop and storage compartments, freeing the view – in the absence of wall units – towards the breathtaking panorama of Val d’Orcia.

Hillside villa between design and comfort

On the first floor, the bedroom offers a unique sensory experience, characterized by a Rimadesio’s central glass cabinet that conveys a sense of lightness and openness. The wallpaper on the bed wall then creates a cozy and vibrant atmosphere thanks to the colour palette dominated by shades of pink, purple, red, and black.

Even the bathroom stands out for its modern and elegant design, where linear and sculptural shapes blend harmoniously, creating an environment of relaxation and harmony. All the rooms of the villa have been designed to radiate a soothing calm, inviting relaxation and rejuvenating rest.
